Class Action: German Bank took advantage of cheat software – Merkur.de

Frankfurt / Main – against the German bank in the US, a class action was filed. Thus, the credit institution should have been delayed with a special software client orders for foreign exchange transactions.

The time saved was then used the Institute of manipulation to the detriment of customers, the accusation a class action filed in December in the US, about the news magazine “Der Spiegel” (Friday) reported. The suit leading law firm Hausfeld announced two other actions in this matter against the German bank in the financial center London.

The Institute rejects the allegations, a spokesman in Frankfurt confirmed.
