Milpitas, California / Munich (ots) – HEAT Software, a leading provider of service management (SM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software solutions, today announced that Jonathan Temple resigns as President and CEO of the company as part of a planned transition with immediate effect. The Clearlake Capital Group John Ferron has appointed as his successor, who served previously as Executive Chairman.

“As founding CEO of HEAT Software Jonathan has been instrumental in building the company through a successful merger with Lumension in February 2015 on. Even then, he expressed his desire to devote himself to the long term new professional goals, so that his successor from the outset has been to part of the internal planning, “said Prashant Mehrotra, a partner at the Clearlake Capital Group. “Jonathan has created a clear vision for HEAT Software and the company positioned for sustained success.”

John Ferron is connected to Clear Lake since joining in 2007 and looks as an experienced executive on numerous successes in the integration, the establishment and successful development of businesses back. He continues to fulfill its function as a CEO of NetMotion Wireless, a leading provider of mobile security and enterprise mobility management solutions. Previously, he was president and CEO of Purple Communications.
