Windows 95 does not seem to run really error-free, but it seems at least halfway normal boot to the desktop.
To use this get a modified version of DOSBox RetroArch whose code is currently only matched on the new models of the 3DS. . Whether or not even games from Windows start, is still unclear, so Nichegamer, DOS-based games in the emulator but should not cause any problems
