Stuttgart, November 17, 2015 – RIB Software AG (ISIN <- - sh_cad_3!> DE000A0Z2XN6) lowers forecast

According to current assessment of the Executive Board of RIB Software AG assumes that a sales effective completion of two Phase III contracts is no longer realistic in the current fiscal year. Against this background, the condition laid down at the beginning of the year prognosis is not, with annual sales in a corridor between EUR 85.0 million and EUR 95.0 million and an EBITDA of between EUR 29.0 million and EUR 36.0 million more reachable. After today’s planning the Executive Board for fiscal year 2015 of annual sales in a corridor between EUR 78.0 million and EUR 86.0 million and an EBITDA of between EUR 22.0 million and EUR 30.0 million. The run to the Phase III contracts negotiations are continuing and are still promising. A close in the current fiscal year, according to current estimates, however, too demanding.
