Crowdfunding: Ulrich Beckert want to revolutionize software development – ITespresso.de

The Lower Bavarian company Roulio has big plans for the Software Development: His idea called “Native Web” shall not require cross-code base for web applications and all major operating systems. A kind of browser fetches over XML descriptions executable, close to the hardware codes for the device.

Programmers Ulrich Beckert from Lower Bavaria has with his company Roulio companies such as Microsoft Google and Apple declared war. The secret weapon for that he calls “Native Web” – and to fund them, he collects currently on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo money: approximately 131,000 euros should be enough to outdo the multi-billion dollar corporations. Time to do so until the 10th of April.

“Native Web” Beckert wants to make the Software Development nothing more and nothing less than “simple and platform-independent.” These are to be compiled with XML descriptions cross-platform applications. The software required for this as a base is not finished yet. Until then, it will be loud Beckert probably in 2017. How long must then have to wait and investors who participate with 64 euro and those for the first 3D game will be determined on the basis of the platform in view.

Beckert goal is to develop a software that basically like a web browser works: But instead of HTML descriptions of a site it brings about XML notations suitable executable files for different tasks on different hardware platforms from the server. That may seem familiar to the one or the other from the past. Finally, it has been around for years, always different approaches to software components sew together on one or the other way like a puzzle and it – preferably by mouse and possible with a push of a button – to create a finished program

<. p> With its special browser software Beckert now wants to achieve something similar, however, as the Augmented Reality provider Metaio Junaio has with his AR-Browser done already mentioned for coordinates collections for the detection of 3D object data. Instead of data, the Native-Web software is catching up codes, as described in the XML file.

How Native Web is planned: The system-wide application gets close to the hardware device-specific code via XML descriptions (Graphic: Roulio software).

The idea behind it is a single-purpose center which can then automatically retrieve the necessary adaptations to different environments. Or in short runs everywhere. Initially Beckert will even provide server space for the respective executables, programmers can, however, use other servers for their own applications. Many executable files for different client platforms it is not itself already prepared some codes for 3D rendering in games.
