The new SAP Business with subscription models estimated to have risen sharply in the second quarter. The so-called cloud business software recovers the rents for the group based in Walldorf, is becoming increasingly important. Today SAP presents its quarterly results.
The high growth rates in the cloud business come about mainly through the acquisition of the provider of travel software Concur last year. But experts expect that SAP has, thanks to the still favorable exchange rates also increased its total sales strong. This weakness should be compensated, for example, in Eastern Europe. The bonus with the result likely to be less because of the cost of setting up of cloud business, however.
The conversion of the business model is not the only construction site. Because SAP in future wants to sell more software subscription model, also some staff to have to change.
