USU wins Viessmann Group as a new customer in the IT Self-Service

In order to improve efficiency in the global IT customer service further, have Viessmann Werke for USU SmartLink including Module Real-time alerting (Alerting) decided. The new intelligent self-service tool complements the individual ticket system from Viessmann and offers users a central access to all IT-related information and services.
