the skepticism is still there
with innovations which is always a bit tricky. Often the ideas are good, but there is a lack of implementation. it was so similar even the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge (test). By design, the curved screen edges were a real eye-catcher, a real added value it but not offered.
At least here would have been possible, because the previous Edge features are nice, an advantage over normal-bent smartphones, this design is not. Thus, . an innovation merely faked
My enthusiasm on the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge therefore kept within limits – to the time when there was first information about the new software features
Why not so?!
It looks as if to deal the developers at Samsung more to the Edge Display and worrying have made about how this space can be better utilized. Of particular interest is, for example, the new Single Plus mode.
Apps can be represented broadly by twice Wipe to view more content. These functions do not automatically support probably all apps, but only applications that are specially adapted for the S7 Edge. We can only hope that the choice is very large because of this innovation could provide much more clarity.
Also interesting is the new Immersive mode. Here is as it were the screen edge as an extension to the main screen. Matching Apps can then display on the corner of additional information. In the case of a camera app that would, for example, the trigger and flash control.
These functions, when they are really implemented for the Galaxy S7, are so interesting because they utilize the space of the new smart phones better and offer real added value. Incidentally, it is not clear if these functions are available only to the S7 Edge.
Maybe they will only become available on the Galaxy S7 and perhaps even with a Galaxy S7 Edge Plus. An extension to other Galaxy smartphones is likely if it is technically feasible.
