Even 16 years ago Conject was founded in Munich – now the software Bude managed an exit. The Australian software company Aconex bought Conject for 65 million euros.

Aconex and Conject develop both software and cloud-based solutions for the construction and property management. The Australian Aconex has been active worldwide: More than 50,000 business customers in 70 countries is one of the software company. The total value of the managed property projects to more than one trillion US dollars, as the Australia reported.

With the acquisition of the German company Aconex will consolidate its position in the European market. “There we have no leader,” said Leigh Jasper, CEO of the company.
