Recently, the Beta Systems Software AG has published its semi-annual report (October 2014-March 2015). Below there is a summary of the main points: Compared to the previous year, sales increased by 15%, of which about 7% organic growth, while the rest is accounted for by the acquisition of Horizon Software GmbH. This company, which develops software for large data centers and markets, was acquired at a price of just under 7.8 MEUR (after deduction of cash). This loss carryforwards were among others to the 2.8 MEUR harnessed. The “horizon” contributed during the reporting period nearly 1.4 MEUR to 0.4 MEUR turnover and contribution to profit.
