The favorite software of independent brokers – Insurance Journal Germany

05/06/2015 – The Marketing Research Team Kieseler has studied the preferences of brokers and multiple agents in Tarifberechnungs- and comparison and management programs in a survey. After Soft Fair is the most-used provider of compare and AssFINET the popular supplier of management software.

For the study “Use and Satisfaction of / with fare calculator / consulting software from insurance companies, comparison calculator other providers and brokers -Verwaltungsprogrammen “the Marketing Research Team Kieseler (MRTK) has interviewed by telephone 201 insurance brokers (79 percent of respondents) and multiple representatives in Germany in March 2015.

Of the participants, 74 percent use comparison calculator. The more intensive users are the brokers. 66 percent of them known to daily or several times weekly use of such software. Among the multiple representatives it was only 37 percent.



Three comparison software vendors dominate

  • 23 percent: flexibility / individual design / data creation
