The Montabaurer software company ITAC has been bought by the Baden-Württemberg machine manufacturer Dürr. Dürr wants to accelerate the digitalisation of its production. ITAC produces control systems, with the immense amount of data to be evaluated by production processes. The company with 90 employees and an annual turnover of about 15 million euros will completely taken over, Dürr informed in Bietigheim-Bissingen on Friday. To purchase price Dürr did not specify. According to industry experts, the price is expected to be at 30 million euros to 40 million euros.
